Return Policy

Our goal is to exceed your expectations and ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we have established the following customer-friendly return policies:

OEM / Genuine Brand Name Products – If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your OEM product purchase, simply return your merchandise within 90 calendar days of the shipment delivery date for an exchange or full-refund.  OEM warrents its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days.

OEM / Genuine Brand Products that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus $7.95 (to cover the original shipping cost). No Product will be accepted without an RMA#.

Compatible / Non-Brand Name Products – If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Compatible product purchase, simply return your merchandise within 90 calendar days of the shipment delivery date for an exchange or full-refund.  DaneMax compatible products offer the same OEM 90 day warranty to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Compatible / Non-Brand Products that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus $7.95 (to cover the original shipping cost). No Product will be accepted without an RMA#.

The shipment delivery date is signified by the date indicated on shipping companies' delivery confirmation receipt.

All exchanges, return requests, or shipment packing error notifications must be reported to a DaneMax Customer Service representative within 48 hours of shipment delivery via email or website form submission. Please understand, products purchased as a result of customer error may be returned, but shipping costs incurred will be at the purchaser's expense. DaneMax reserves the right to alter or modify this return policy at any time and shall accept returns and issue refunds at its sole discretion.

How to Exchange or Return a Product

Prior to returning products for exchange or refund, customers must contact DaneMax to be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To ensure seamless processing, no product returns will be accepted without a RMA#.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. 

Upon request, a RMA will be issued. A shipping label will be emailed or mailed to the customer.

Exchange and Returns Timing

Within 2 business days, merchandise must be returned to us utilizing the provided label. Once DaneMax has received the exchanged or defective product, you will be issued a credit and notified via email. As you can probably understand, if DaneMax does not receive this returned items within 10 business days, we will be unable to issue a credit for the exchanged or returned merchandise.

All returned products must be in original, unmarked packaging in new condition. If product is stated to be defective, a sample copy must accompany returned product displaying the indicated defect.

Upon notification of a request to exchange merchandise, replacement product will be promptly shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery.

Customers returning items for refund will be refunded monies via the method in which the product(s) was initially purchased. Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing and refunding. Please remember, it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your credit card account.
